Poll results: What is your next iPad upgrade?

A few weeks ago we ran a survey here at iPad Pilot News to see which iPad model pilots had on their radar for the next upgrade. There are rumors that an updated iPad Mini is on the horizon from Apple, and as the poll results show, that is what the majority of pilots are waiting for. It’s also interesting to note that the vast majority of pilots rely on their iPhone as a backup device still and not a primary EFB in the cockpit, despite the larger screen sizes offered. I previously had an iPad mini-1. It was too tired to use ForeFlight on. It was size perfect for GA aircraft but now I have bought an iPad-11 that is in top performance but at the same time smaller and better suited to GA aircraft thanks to the screen covering the entire front surface of the iPad-11.
