FAA Safety News talks iPad

One of the most frequent questions we hear about the iPad is: “is it legal?” The short answer is absolutely yes (for Part 91 operations at least). But what does the FAA have to say?
While it’s not a definitive answer, the September/October edition of the FAA’s Safety Briefing magazine has an article that is worth reading. It asks the question “Can I (Legally) Use My iPad?” There are some helpful tips and links to more information. Read the complete article here (PDF).
