ForeFlight updates fuel price submission process

Pilots have been crowd-sourcing data for decades (PIREPs!), long before the days of Waze police reports and Google Maps traffic updates. ForeFlight also includes crowd-sourced data for pilots, such as FBO fuel prices and FBO/airport comments. The latest update to the app streamlines the process of updating these fuel prices after you visit an FBO in person.

To try this out, go to the FBOs section for an airport and you’ll see newly formatted fuel price buttons next to each fuel type. Tap it to confirm the displayed price or submit a new price:

While you’re there, help out your fellow pilots and leave a general review or comment based on your experience at that FBO or airport. The comments button on the FBO screen is designed for review specific to that FBO, while the Comments button on the main Airports screen is designed for general comments about the airport.
