The stone headed axe will still do a better job chopping wood for a survival fire than the iPad will.
I also like to remember “just because the FAA says it is *legal* doesn’t mean it is *smart*”.
I love my iPad, but I don’t leave the airport environment without paper backup.

I agree with Ed above I always have a current Charts where I fly for back-ups.I have never had to use the charts but it makes me feel safer.–cs
